We found a home that my pal and I just loved. The issue was getting a downpayment. Listing our outdated place with a real estate agent would have taken too much time. So what my pal and I did instead was just find a Jacksonville, FL household customer that does cash deals. A cash home offer was so much more great due to the time saved.
