I was trying to place an order online and I had some trouble trying to figure out how to use the order form. I had to print the order form on my computer and fill everything out by hand. Then I had to fax the order form to a different phone number that takes the orders. The order form was difficult to understand. I was hoping that it would be self-explanatory and easy to use, but that was not the case. I specifically needed to order 16 gauge stainless steel double loop wire ties. The 16 gauge stainless steel double loop wire ties come in a variety of sizes, but not all of the sizes were listed on the order form. I was trying to buy the 6-in type 304 16 gauge stainless steel double loop wire ties. I did not find any space on the form to put the size that I wanted. I had the order form filled out and I tried to fax it to the company. A couple of minutes after I faxed the order form, I received a phone call from the metal company. The woman on the phone told me that I filled things out incorrectly. I asked for help filling out the order form and she sent me an email with further detailed instructions. The detailed instructions helped me fill out the order form correctly, but that was a lot of Hoops to jump through just to order from the company. Even though the prices were lower online, I think I would prefer to stick with a metal company that is local.
