I was trying to arena an order online & I had some trouble trying to figure out how to use the order form. I had to print the order form on my tablet & fill everything out by hand. Then I had to fax the order form to a odd iphone number that takes the orders. The order form was tough to understand. I was hoping that it would be straight-forward & straight-forward to use, but that was not the case. I particularally needed to order 16 gauge stainless steel double loop wire ties. The 16 gauge stainless steel double loop wire ties come in a variety of sizes, but not all of the sizes were listed on the order form. I was trying to buy the 6-in category 304 16 gauge stainless steel double loop wire ties. I did not find any space on the form to put the size that I wanted. I had the order form filled out & I tried to fax it to the corporation, however just a handful of hours after I faxed the order form, I acquired a iphone call from the metal corporation. The guy on the iphone told myself and others that I filled things out inrespectfully. I asked for help filling out the order form & he sent myself and others an SMS with further detailed instruction. The detailed instruction helped myself and others fill out the order form respectfully, but that was a lot of Hoops to jump through just to order from the corporation. Even though the prices were lower online, I guess I would like to stick with a metal supplier that is local.
