I was trying to locale an order online and I had some trouble trying to figure out how to use the order form.
- I had to print the order form on our laptop and fill everything out by hand.
Then I had to fax the order form to a unusual iphone number that takes the orders. The order form was hard to understand. I was trying to buy the 6-in type 304 16 gauge stainless steel double loop wire ties. I did not find any space on the form to put the size that I wanted. I had the order form filled out and I tried to fax it to the company. Not many of minutes after I faxed the order form, I acquired a iphone call from the metal company. The person on the iphone told me that I filled things out incorrectly. I asked for help filling out the order form and she sent me an SMS with further detailed instruction. The detailed instruction helped me fill out the order form correctly, however that was a lot of Hoops to jump through just to order from the company, and even though the prices were lower online, I know I would love to stick with a metal company that is local.
