My wonderful friend and I frequently dealt with litter in our sod plus graffiti on driveway plus house. I was scared to come home from toil or to be alone in the house. My wonderful friend and I invested into a security system, but that didn’t solve the source of the problem. I wanted to get out of that house. My wonderful friend and I tried going through a real estate agent. My wonderful friend and I listed the dwelling plus held open houses where no one showed up. My wonderful friend and I lowered the asking price plus still got nowhere. My partner came up with the idea of trying a money home buyer.
